Lalita enters too soon to the channels, cloaking problems

Bug Description
If the bot is cloaked in Freenode (to not show the IP of where it runs), it needs to wait an ACK after authenticating.
But Lalita enters immediately after authenticating, and even being cloaked, it shows the IP.
A hack would be to just wait a lot of time before registering in the channels, more proper solutions would be:
