[trunk/7.0] ir.attachment filename caches to first opened record

Problem with knowledge module. Ways to reproduce:
1. Create a document (Knowledge -> Documents -> Document) with 'Attachment Name' = ATTACH1 and upload a file. Note that filename next to 'File Content' is XXX
2. Create another document ATTACH2 and upload a file YYY
3. Open your first document ATTACH1 and notice that filename next to 'File Content' is YYY, not XXX

It seems filename is cached to the first opened record's filename. After opening a record, try refreshing a page and open another record. You'll notice that now the filename has changed, but it stays the same throughout other records.

I'm using Firefox 21.0 in case it's a browser bug.

Currently, I have checked your issue with latest trunk as well as with 7.0 with browser Fire fox 16.0.2 and Chrome 26.0.1410.63 .

And I have seen that problem with this. So, I am confirming this issue.
