Can you provide the template where you saw this? Is it repeatable? No chance of any info from /var/log/heat-engine.log?

I know you said no further details, but we can't debug the problem without either logs or a way to reproduce.

The template is in stackforge/tripleo-heat-templates.

http://paste.ubuntu.com/5779831/ is all the heat-engine logs.
