Bug Description
Pinta compiled from master on Windows XP.
If mouse is moved over Recolor tool, current description is: "Left click to replace the secondary color with the primary color." There is missing right click description. So the final description should be, something like (I copied from Gradient tool): "Left click to replace the secondary color with the primary color. Right click to reverse."
