Bug Description

When any dialog (Open, save as, about Kate, about KDE, settings, hotkey settings etc.) is closed, Kate gets an X Window System error and quits without crash dialog.

EDIT: It only happens when workspaces are on.
EDIT2: It only happens if workspaces were enabled when Kate was launched.

How to reproduce: Ctrl+O; Esc.
This doesn't happen with KWrite.

This happens on Saucy with all the latest updates and Kate 4:4.10.3-0ubuntu1.
EDIT3: Happens on Raring too.

Terminal log:
~ $ kate

The program 'kate' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)'.
  (Details: serial 3610 error_code 3 request_code 20 minor_code 0)
  (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
   that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
   To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
   option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
   backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)

Still happens for me. Are you sure that you have Unity and workspaces are enabled?
