test_lxc_simple failures in saucy smoke tests

Bug Description
test_lxc_simple tests are failing with today's (20130524) saucy server images. Failures could be seen on both amd64 and i386 installations.
The following error is reported,
lxc-execute: failed to attach 'vethXhsKFB' to the bridge 'lxcbr0' : No such device
lxc-execute: failed to create netdev
lxc-execute: failed to create the network
lxc-execute: failed to spawn 'test-lucid'

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install a default saucy server on a vm (either manually or preseeded default installation) with either i386 or amd64 image using KVM, libvirt
2. Do the following to install utah inside the VM
sudo apt-add-repository -y ppa:utah/stable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install utah
3. Run the lxc tests using in the installed VM
sudo utah -r lp:ubuntu-test-cases/server/runlists/lxc.run
The output yaml file and the installation log are attached.
