test_lxc_api failures in saucy smoke tests

test_lxc_api tests are failing with today's (20130524) saucy server images. Failures could be seen on both amd64 and i386 installations.

The following error is reported
    ....
    lxc_container: failed to receive answer for the command
    lxc_container: failed to send command
    Traceback (most recent call last):
      File "src/python-lxc/examples/api_test.py", line 87, in <module>
        assert(container.init_pid > 1)
    AssertionError
   ....

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install a default saucy server on a vm (either manually or preseeded default installation) with either i386 or amd64 image using KVM, libvirt
2. Do the following to install utah inside the VM
   sudo apt-add-repository -y ppa:utah/stable
   sudo apt-get update
   sudo apt-get install utah
3. Run the lxc tests using in the installed VM
     sudo utah -r lp:ubuntu-test-cases/server/runlists/lxc.run

The output yaml file and the installation log are attached.
