Import button is missing in the export screen

Bug Description

With the removal of the old-style xml export, the button that takes you to the import screen disappeared with it. (Actually it's still there because the old-style export has a condition to check if Docma2PDF is installed). The button should be moved to the full media export focus box.

Setting 1.6 milestone, this needs to be changed in 2.0 too.

Fixed in the 1.6 branch. Changed the milestone so 2.0, still to do.

This was fixed, not sure when, but in both the 2.0 branch and the head.
