Bug Description
Dear support,
When creating a payment order for a supplier, you can only pay invoices, but you cannot deduct credit notes.
Suppose you have a purchase invoice for 150 EUR. From that supplier, you also received a credit note for 50 EUR.
You use Payment Orders and add the invoice. You also want to select the credit note, but only invoices are displayed in the view.
Please also display credit notes in payment orders and allow user to deduct them.
