Bug Description
Journal Voucher form of OpenERP allows only four type of JV (Sale, Receipt, Purchase & Payment). Why system doesn't have other Voucher Types to allow other types of transactions? As far as considering as an ERP System, it is not fair the way to enter such transactions directly as Journal Entry.
For this (AT LEAST), you can add new Voucher Type ( 'General' or 'Default' ) so that it should make 'Partner' field not required ( in order to make transaction to allow b/w assets, cash, bank which doesn't involve any 'Partner' and then allow to enter transaction lines.
