Bug Description
Inkscape is an Open Source vector graphics editor, with capabilities similar to Illustrator, CorelDraw, or Xara X, it's installed by default in Edubuntu therefore we should ensure it meets the Ubuntu quality standards.
This report is intend to track the current state of the Inkscape manual testcase.
