Useless dependency on rsvg-convert

Hi,

The tr_barecode make a useless dependency on the rsvg-convert to generate the barecode and then to convert it to a .png image type while the png could directly be generated.

Furthermore the rsvg-convert library is not available on windows environment. Which make tthe addons quiet a nightmare to install.

Modifying three lines of code avoids this depency, the convertion effort and executing a shell command.

i have the same probleme that you and I have to correct the function get_image but i have an erreur :

RenderPMError: Can't setFont(Times-Roman) missing the T1 files?
Originally <type 'exceptions.TypeError'>: makeT1Font() argument 2 must be string, not None

please help me
