Missing bug 1017192 DEBUG_SYNC site, breaking percona_bug1017192.test

percona_bug1017192.test used DEBUG_SYNC site after_copy_data_between_tables. It does not exist in the current code, breaking the testcase with a debug sync timeout.

The testcase was introduced in the "merge-1" branch, but surprisingly its Jenkins run does not show a failure for it. Later dependant branches did show a failure but it slipped through cracks.

The bug 1017192 fix was not merged itself neither. That must have happened in https://bazaar.launchpad.net/~laurynas-biveinis/percona-server/5.6-merge-1/revision/320, which adds the testcase, but drops the sql_table.cc changes. It must have been a bad bzr revert issue at the time of developing that revision.

This bug then becomes about porting bug 1017192 correctly, and will review if any other changes in sql_table.cc were dropped in that merge revision.
