Bug Description

I tried this in a new virtual machine (in VirtualBox) to make sure it's reproducible:

1- Install Kubuntu from the ISO.
2- apt-get update && apt-get upgrade
3- apt-get install kubuntu-active
4- Restart the computer
5- Try to log in into a KDE Plamsa Workspace session
6- After the loading animation and the intro sound, the screen turns black and nothing happens

I realize Plasma Active is not ready for general use, but installing it shouldn't break other packages, and it shouldn't make KDE unusable.
