Bug Description

Binary package hint: tomcat5.5

I cannot prevent Tomcat5.5 from auto-starting by setting TOMCAT5_USER in /etc/default/tomcat5.5 to an empty string, as documented in the same file.

I guess the problem stems from the following line in /etc/init.d/tomcat5.5

[ -z "$TOMCAT5_USER" ] && TOMCAT5_USER=tomcat55

which resets the user to tomcat55 if it is empty.
