Bug Description

Binary package hint: dnsutils

In the nsupdate manual, the section where all commands are explained have none of the actual commands are listed, only their descriptions. This obviously makes the whole manual mostly pointless (this section is, I would say, the most important part of the manual).

The mentioned section is rendered like this: http://l.qw.se/~hawk/nsupdate-man.png
(Commands not visible, descriptions visible.)

I have peeked at the contents of /usr/share/man/man8/nsupdate.8.gz and the nsupdate commands are in there, but I don't really know enough about the format to be able to tell what's wrong.

This is with both:
ii dnsutils 9.3.4-2ubuntu2 Clients provided with BIND
ii man-db 2.4.3-5ubuntu1 The on-line manual pager
(7.04)

and:
ii dnsutils 9.3.2-2ubuntu1 Clients provided with BIND
ii man-db 2.4.3-3 The on-line manual pager
(6.06 LTS)

For verifying the problem I have copied the Ubuntu packaged /usr/share/man/man8/nsupdate.8.gz file to other systems, and none of them are able to render this document (man -l nsupdate.8.gz) properly. However, the local nsupdate man pages on these systems are correct:

Debian unstable:
ii dnsutils 1:9.4.1-1 Clients provided with BIND
ii man-db 2.4.4-3 The on-line manual pager

Debian sarge:
ii dnsutils 9.2.4-1sarge2 Clients provided with BIND
ii man-db 2.4.2-21sarge1 The on-line manual pager

So I assume the problem is indeed with this particular man page, not with man(1).
