Wishlist: Automatic purge of patron records

One of the items on our library's wishlist was the ability to automatically purge patron records. The libraries should be able to set the parameters, that define when the purge is activated.

E.G. The library has defined that if a library card is not used in 5 years, then the patron's record would be automatically deleted.

In addition, a report component would be helpful to this feature. A report that would generate a list of patrons who are scheduled to be purged but have a monetary balance remaining on their account. These patron accounts could then de dealt with one by one.
