Bug Description
GDM refuses to restart after activating XDMCP with gdmsetup (and doing a /etc/init.d/gdm restart within X...) . The X server starts as normal, but I end up on a black screen with only the (gnome) mouse pointer available.
If I do a "startx" at console level, Gnome starts as normal.
Even if a do a complete reboot of the computer, the same problem occurs (with the X server starting ending up with that black screen with only mouse pointer available).
(I also manually changed "Enable=false" to "Enable=true" in the /etc/gdm/gdm.conf, but nothing happens if I change it back to "false")
