Possible bug in libcdk5-dev

Bug Description

Binary package hint: libcdk5-dev

libcdk5-dev is putting the header files on /usr/include/cdk/*, the problem is that cdk.h itself includes the other headers as for examble <cdk_config.h>, so even if you include <cdk/cdk.h>, the includes on the cdk.h header file would be wrong.

Solution:
Either correct all the paths on headers or move them to /usr/include/ (which ive done)
