Bug Description

Mono.Addins is now up to version 1.0 (we are currently using 0.6 on Windows, and it looks like most Linux distros have 0.6.2).

At some point, we'll need to upgrade for bug fixes such as in bug #992420

Related to this - we should see if the latest version of Mono.Addins now works with .NET 6 (https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta-Community-Addins/issues/8#issuecomment-1371023342). The GUI for managing add-ins likely requires some porting, though
