Unneeded attempt to start ssh-agent

Bug Description

I'm using Ubuntu 13.10 dev with lxde-common 0.5.0-4ubuntu4. Because I have installed openssh-client /usr/bin/ssh-agent is installed too.

I have noticed that ssh-agent is normally started because of the file /etc/X11/Xsession.d/90x11-common_ssh-agent (x11-common) which is controlled by the option "use-ssh-agent" from the file /etc/X11/Xsession.options. Because I don't need ssh-agent I have removed the option "use-ssh-agent".

The problem is that /usr/bin/startlxde on line 33 (eval `$SSHAGENT $SSHAGENTARGS`) tries to start ssh-agent too. It doesn't make notice of the option "use-ssh-agent" so if I disable ssh-agent in x11-common it will be still started due to lxde-common.

summary: - Unneeded try to start ssh-agent
+ Unneeded attempt to start ssh-agent

The same issue also applies if the option use-session-dbus in /etc/X11/Xsession.options gets removed as /usr/bin/startlxde does then still start dbus.
