Bug Description

I got a notification that said that "a new version of Kubuntu is available". Clicked on it, after a few seconds at the 1st step, "upgrade could not procedd" or something like that. My system is rather out of date though so that might be the issue. Will update and try again.

I got this message too. I'm on kubuntu 13.04 and there is nothing in the list of updates that indicate any "new kubuntu", I thought it might be the next point release of kde sc, but there's nothing there.
