Bug Description
If I want to delete or edit a contact, the keyboard appears over the toolbar menu. As an example, if I want to delete a contact, I tap 'Edit' and then the keyboard appears, I need to dismiss the keyboard, and then I can tap delete.

Couldn't agree more, and it also makes trying to save a contact extremely difficult as you have to swipe to close the keyboard, then swipe to bring the toolbar up before selecting save.
Unfortunately, this is implemented exactly as designed. But the design is obviously flawed. Lets look into a workaround that makes the toolbar always visible when in edit mode, perhaps above or below the keyboard. Design is working on a new layout for contacts, so that will address the longer term usability need.
