Bug Description
notify-osd crashes on notification when a fullscreen window covers the desktop (screenlock or video in fullscreen)
TEST CASE:
1. In a terminal enter the following command:
$ sleep 5; notify-send Test "This is a test"
2. Press Ctrl-Alt+L to lock the screen
3. Wait 5 seconds and unlock.
