[notepad] can't dismiss the keyboard after writing something in a note

Bug Description

HARDWARE=mako
JENKINS_BUILD=125
UBUNTU=ubuntu-touch-raring-armhf
ubuntu/platform-api=:53
ubuntu/hybris=:127

qml-phone-shell 1.75

Steps to reproduce:
- Open the notes app
- Write something in the first note
- Try dismissing the keyboard (to use the toolbar)

Expected result:
- Keyboard is dismissed and the user is able to raise the toolbar

Actual result:
- Keyboard keeps showing itself after dismissing it
