Bug Description

Uploading a file in the "Manage example" page does not work.

You can see the bug by visiting, for example, this page: http://webblabb.iki.his.se/lenasys/codeigniter/admin/manageexample/DAG123/Categorie%20i%20n%C3%A5nting/Subcategorie2%20i%20n%C3%A5nting/Test

and dropping a file in the upload area.
