Muon update manager uses the Windows "up to date" icon

Bug Description

When all software is up to date, Muon update manager shows a "green shield with white check mark" icon that looks exactly like the icon that Windows uses (see the attached image).

I think changing the icon to something else is a good idea.

This is a standard KDE icon, which is similar to the Windows one. But I don't really see a problem with that, and won't be changing it.
