Bug Description
Every app in my software center is listed as paid a application. I have to login to ubuntu. This will send me to the payment view and so on. I just the same process even though it's a free application.
I then get an email from Ubuntu we're they thank me for my purchase.

This is done deliberately. The $0.00 apps actually need to subscribe you to LP like a paid app. This means if the process breaks you will need the details that are in the email inorder to be able to access your app or links to ask for help.
The $0.00 commercial apps also have a different work flow to the Free repository apps so to remove confussion they are marked differently to the free ones. It's not ideal but will be sorted further down the line when the workflow to install the apps changes.
To that end I am marking this bug invalid.
However I would like to thanks you for reporting this issue.
