Daniel,

Is your system unusable? Has this happened again? You have provided no info about your computer, what version of Ubuntu you're running, etc. Nothing can be done with this bug report as it stands. Try running "apport-collect 1180728". But unless this bug happens again, it should probably be considered a fluke.

Daniel, you still didn't answer my questions: Is your system unusable?
 Has this happened again?

no my system is still usable as this problem appears once in a while. But as I keep updating the kernel through the normal updates it may disappear. For me the main question is :
- When this bug shows up as I have a complete freeze of my computer how to collect the information for a complete report?

You might be able to use the SAK keys to sync the hard disk, then
reboot and see if anything was logged. e.g. when the system freezes,
press:

Alt + SysRq + S U S B (hold down Alt+SysRq and press S U S B in order)

That should reboot the system. If not, use the reset button or
power-cycle it. Then:

$ cd /var/log
$ ls -ltr

And see if anything useful was logged.

Hope this helps.
