Bug Description
On the welcome screen, the text says "Locate" your music folder. But we already have a location for it in ~/Music. I think instead this text should say "move" music folder.
I think this distinction is important because we're not just finding your music to import back to ~/Music, we're actually moving your music folder to a new location.

-1. Sounds like you're moving the actual folder on the disk, when you're actually to changing the location Noise points to. How about "Set music location"?
