Bug Description
--parallel only seems to apply to Innodb files, not to FRM and so-forth. We should be able to parallelize copy of FRM and similar files (Which can take a while with a lot of tables/schemas) while the FTWRL is being held.

This will most likely be fixed only when we merge innobackupex and xtrabackup into a single binary.
