Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Ensure clipboard does not contain an image
2) Paste with Ctrl+V - the "clipboard empty" dialog appears
3) Paste into a new image with Ctrl+Alt+V - crash occurs.

This doesn't always happen - if there's text on the clipboard everything works fine.
To reproduce the crash:
1) Open Pinta, create a new image, select some area, and copy it with Ctrl+C
2) Close Pinta
3) Re-open it, and try to paste into a new image.
