report a problem in about dialogue no longer works

Clicking "Report a Problem" in the About dialogue does nothing, "Close" and "Translate this App" still work though.

Birdie should be installed from package (manually or from PPA) or reports will not work. Seems you probably have compiled it by your own.

This was direct from the PPA for 0.2, but was fixed in 0.2.1.
