When upgraded to Ubuntu 13.04, white borders appeared around customized icons.

This bug has been found in several Ubuntu 13.04 systems. I hope it will be fixed.

To reproduce:
* Select any folder in Nautilus -> left click -> Properties
* Choose a different icon;
* The selected folder appears with the selected icon, but with the border seen in the question at AskUbuntu.

On older versions (Precise at least) the border is not present.

From the comments it seems it was already reported in bugzilla (and fixed), but still happens in Raring.
