Bug Description

It seems somewhere along the way we got the Ubuntuicons back. This includes:

Humanity
Humanity Dark
Ubuntu mono dark
Ubuntu mono light

elementaryicons needs to copy icons from the humanity theme.

Uninstall humanity-icon-theme and software-center, the install the attached in order to test and inhuman software-center.

I have landed the OS counterpart of what is expected to lose the Ubuntu icons. Now we wait for that to make it to the PPA and then I'll build an ISO to confirm this truly fixed the bug.

Tested and found the Ubuntu theme was removed as desired. ubuntu-mono-dark and ubuntu-mono-light directories are still created by onboard and have 2 icons total. But the icon theme itself is not present so it's of no consequence.
