Bug Description

since I got 13.04 the following process mess up screen and i have to reboot every time to fix it. Pkill nautilus won't fix it. I need a help for temporary process to get proper screen without reboot.

"xrandr --output DVI-0 --rotation right" and "xrandr --output DVI-0 --rotation normal" is assigned to socrtcuts and when I swtich a couple of time, each window loose top section and I cannot shift around desktop.

I have added the following option, too, if it may matter.
