Glipper menu does not appear in 13.04 caused by caribou-crash

Bug Description

When I start glipper in Raring, it does not appear in the list of icons at the top right corner. I suspect that it is caused by banning of all systray applets in the current Ubuntu version.

Seems like this is caused by bug #1156330.
