Bug Description

Docky occasionally creates a green shade on the screen, as shown here: http://imgur.com/JXWMr3x
When I hover on it, the shade goes away, but then occasionally comes back on the next hovers.
It also appears on the sides of docky and keeps on blinking as I'm hovering on it. :/
There are generally annoying green shades everywhere.

It's not only green, but black and blue at times. However, there is always a thick colored bar at the bottom of the screen separated by about the height of the dock itself. Not only that, but when placed in 3D mode the dock is surrounded by the color as well as all of the icons having thin colored borders.

This happens intermittently, but is generally fixed by a restart of Docky.

Edited the title to make it a bit more relevant and self-explanatory.

Restart of Docky is no longer fixing the issue. This is rendering Docky completely unusable.

Now its flashing rainbow colors at random. Maybe this is a graphics issue? I'm going to try switching from UXA to SNA acceleration. I changed to UXA recently after some issues with my cursor, and issues started shortly after that.
