ratings widget on MoviePreview dash view does not disappear when rating is < 0

Bug Description
When working with lp:~unity-team/unity/libunity-7.0-breakage, if a scope provides an ApplicationPreview with the rating set less than zero, the Unity dash will hide the ratings widget.
However, this logic is not present if a scope uses a MoviePreview. We need this fixed to get the previews from some scopes to match what Design wants.
