A built image with ubuntu-
How to reproduce:
1. build a raring image with ubuntu-
2. boot with the built image
3. select "Check disc for defects" on gfxboot
Expected result:
show result of integrity-check
Actual result:
return to gfxboot immediately

We can generate /cdrom/MD5SUMS with LB_CHECKSUMS=md5 in ubuntu- defaults- builder, but cannot rename it to "md5sum.txt", because binary hook in ubuntu- defaults- builder is executed before "lb binary_checksums" is called.
We can fix this in live-build or casper, not ubuntu- defaults- builder, I think.
