Bug Description

We need to document how to write the keystone_authtoken section on the ceilometer.conf file so clients can authenticate against the API server.

Hi jd__, did you mean the keystone authentication configuration in ceilometer.conf like below?

[keystone_authtoken]
signing_dir = /var/cache/ceilometer
admin_tenant_name = service
admin_password = passw0rd
admin_user = ceilometer
auth_protocol = http

I think there's a doc file with all documentation option. That should be added there, or in the documentation describing the steps on how to configure Ceilometer from scratch.
