Saved Pallete files not recognized automatically in Open Pallete dialogue

Bug Description
With Pinta 1.5 development build on Win 7 64-bit:
1. Go to Edit -> Palette -> Save As...
2. Type a name for the file and save on Desktop
3. Go to Edit -> Palette -> Open...
4. Select the Desktop folder
Notice that no palette file is recognized. The reason for this is the file extension is not automatically appended to the filename during the save operation.
