Improve Basic Install Doc for Debian Support

Adds lots of remarks about how to install OpenStack under Debian. Indeed, lots of things are automated using Debconf and dbconfig-common, which means that lots of things described in the manual aren't necessary.

I understand that you are the debian expert and likely to complete this work yourself. However, in case you're unable to do it - are you able to elaborate on specifics so others can make an attempt? The bug report right now is a bit vague ;)

Yes, I'm already working on it. It feels a bit weird to see a bug report on Launchpad to fix the Debian doc though! :)

I had a look how to fix the doc for Debian, though it doesn't feel like what is currently online fits. There are many parts which would need to be completely re-written. For example, there's a huge part here:

which I would simply replace by:

apt-get install -y glance

since everything else is automated with Debconf screens. Probably it would need some screenshots like I did on the Debian wiki. Your thoughts on that?

So, if the structure of the install guide isn't working - let's look at how to change it.

We're planning to re-structure all of the documentation soon (https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Blueprint-restructure-documentation), and your thoughts would be welcome. After all, we want to make it easier for you to contribute!

Regarding the specific comment: if your packaging is in such a good state that just one line is required, I think that's completely fine to have just the one line :)

The new "OpenStack Installation Guide for Debian 7.0" addresses this bug report, thus marking as released
