Hyper-V test method test_spawn_nova_net_vif_no_vswitch_exception issue

The Hyper-V test method test_spawn_nova_net_vif_no_vswitch_exception is currently missing a mock call to fake.PathUtils.get_instance_dir and to mocked methods in the destroy_vm method.

This issue, although minor, should be fixed to maintain proper testing.
