No wallpaper on the second screen

I'm using a laptop with the extrenal monitor, but the main monitor is disabled (it broke up).

After the first boot I had a wallpaper, but after rebooting I got only last picture of the boot splash.

When I change the screen resolution I get black image but not the wallpaper.

Changing wallpaper in system settings doesn't help.

I think it's related with: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/160226
