Window decoration flickers on click

Bug Description

This happens on a stock install of at least raring and quantal:

- take an unmaximised, inactive window
- make it active by clicking its titlebar buttons
(repeat a few times)

There should be a flicker as the window decoration moves bottom right for a short time then back. This only happens with the buttons, not any other part of the window or decoration.

It's almost a duplicate of #1050222, except for the fact that it happens when refocusing a window as well.

Yeah, it's almost certainly going to be the same bug whichever angle you see it from.
