Bug Description

With bug #304477 you removed the shortcut "Ctrl+L" to clear the window text.

Now, it is not possible to use a keyboard shortcut to clear the history.
It is also not possible to manually assign a shortcut.

Either restore the Ctrl+L shortcut, or make another one available, or make it configurable.

So it does not work at all.

Manually assigning the shortcut works on Ubuntu 18.04 with Hexchat 2.14.1 (not xchat).

Enter settings > keyboard shortcuts and add a new one, Action "Run Command" and "Data1" must be "/CLEAR".
