doesn't work properly, taking too many time to connect to ethernet and WiFi

I'm really upset since Ubuntu 12.10 release.

Ethernet, WiFi and Modem Manager is not working properly. Even modem manager does not accessing internet on connected. I've reported a bug here (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/modemmanager/+bug/1167287) but no any solution or patch found yet.

My internet dongle is waste since 12.10.

There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates.
