Bug Description

Hi !

When i want to use any shortkey with a number (like ctrl+1 to apply title 1) it doesn't work. It seems it's because i haven't a numeric keypad since i'm using a laptop.

It seems it's bugging for a longtime now given this post on the french forum : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=357185

I'm using ubuntu 13.04 and LibreOffice 4.0.2.2
