Bug Description
Since I reinstalled yesterday Kubuntu 13.04 32bits on my DELL Latitude 2110 laptop from DVD, I can not connect anymore in KDE: it works fine after installation, and the wifi was OK (although it has deconnected sometimes). But today, I can not connect in KDE.
When I open a terminal, every minute I saw that message (but is it related to the KDE problem ?):
[...] ERROR @wl_cfg80211_scan : WLC_SCAN error (-22)
My kernel is linux 3.8.0.19.35
apt-cache policy bcmwl-kernel-source => 6.20.155.
Everything was OK with previous versions of Kubuntu.
From lspci:
0c:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM43224 802.11a/b/g/n (rev 01)
From dmesg:
[ 19.222416] eth1: Broadcom BCM4353 802.11 Hybrid Wireless Controller 6.20.155.1 (r326264)
I have finally succeeded to connect in my KDE session after this command:
mv ~/.gnupg ~/.gnupg.bak
But the wifi problem remains: get_station : Could not get rssi (-1) get_station : Could not get rate (-1) get_station : Could not get rssi (-1) get_station : Could not get rate (-1)
although the following message seems to have disappeared:
[...] ERROR @wl_cfg80211_scan : WLC_SCAN error (-22)
I now see the following messages in the terminal :
[...] ERROR @wl_cfg80211_
[...] ERROR @wl_cfg80211_
[...] ERROR @wl_cfg80211_
[...] ERROR @wl_cfg80211_
...
And in KDE, the wifi works but is regularly disconnected.
